WILLIAM ROSENBERG , MD

RosenbergWilliam Rosenberg, MD, attended University of Nebraska where he received a B.S. in exercise science. He then attended medical school at University of Nebraska Medical Center and then went on to complete his residency in family medicine at Iowa Luthern Hospital in Des Moines, IA. After residency, he completed a primary care sports medicine fellowship at University of Oklahoma.

Following fellowship, Dr. Rosenberg relocated to Ohio where he became the Team Physician at Ohio University from 2005-2009. During that tenure, he also taught athletic training students, medical students, and residents as an Assistant Professor at the Ohio University College of Medicine. Dr. Rosenberg has written textbook chapters in sports medicine and presented at several sports medicine conferences. He is currently the Team Physician for Hickory Ridge High School.

Dr. Rosenberg is a member of the American Society for Sports Medicine and the American College of Sports Medicine. He provides sports medicine care at the Sports Medicine and Injury Center in Concord, NC.

Dr. Rosenberg enjoys a number of outdoor activities, including running, hiking, skiiing, and taking care of his 2 dogs. He and his wife, Erin, live in Concord.
