Timothy Paul, MD, from Valdese, NC, graduated from the Presbyterian College and attended medical school at University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.
Dr. Timothy Paul will be part of Cabarrus Family Medicine from 2011-2014. He will see patients in the Kannapolis office, Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast, and our teaching nursing home. Dr. Paul is learning how to be an personal family physician through “hands on” patient care.
Dr. Paul's grandfather was a family physician from a small North Carolina town, and a great inspiration to him. He always told him that treating patients with respect and understanding was critical to being a good doctor. Dr. Paul chose to become a family physician because it provides the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and allows him to form individual relationships with them. His professional interests are geriatrics and hospital medicine.
In his spare time, he enjoys walking, fishing, watching movies, and spending time with his family.
