Lloyd Nickerson, MD joined Cabarrus Family Medicine in 2008. He is a board certified family phyisician that has been servicing the Salisbury community since 1989.
Dr. Nickerson undergraduate degree in Natural Science/Marine Science is from the University of South Florida, where he also received a Masters degree in Medical Microbiology. Medical school was completed at Oral Roberts University and three years of residency was completed at the City of Faith Medical and Research Center in Tulsa, OK.
Dr. Nickerson has an interest in short-term medical missions and has been on numerous mission trips. He also works with the Pregnancy Counseling Center and is formerly a major of the U.S. Army Reserves and a veteran of Desert Storm.
Dr. Nickerson and his wife, Linda reside in Salisbury.
