Cabarrus Family Medicine’s Kannapolis Office Relocates to NC Research Park

September 7, 2005 - Cabarrus Family Medicine is delighted to have the opportunity to continue our tradition of providing care to the Kannapolis community by being a part of the North Carolina Research Park. Currently located on the Loop Road, we will be enlarging our facility and relocating a short distance up the street so that we may better serve our patients.

In addition, we will be partnering with both UNC Chapel Hill and Duke University in several areas. We will be providing a primary care option to the employees who will populate the new enterprises in the NC Research Park In addition, we will be involved with these entities in research projects, particularly as they relate to wellness, obesity management, and illness prevention. Through the Cabarrus Family Medicine Residency Program, we have affiliations with both UNC Chapel Hill and Duke, and our physicians have faculty appointments at both facilities.

Combining personalized patient care, teaching and research, our physicians and other care providers are uniquely positioned to make a positive difference in the health of the larger Kannapolis community.
