Casey Henritz, D.O. , received a B.S. in Sports Medicine/Health Science from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC. She attended medical school at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and is a Welch Scholarship Recipient as well the Family Practice Scholarship recipient. Casey has been an active member of her community, participating in Heart of the Holidays and many other community events. Her mission trips include a trip with PAX to the Dominican Republic. She enjoys fitness, sports medicine, travel, and outdoor activities such as hiking and white water rafting. .
