Rebecca Almeyda, M.D., graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a B.S. in Medical Technology. She also received a M.S. in Medical Technology from Interamerican University in Puerto Rico. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico in 2006. She finished 3 years of Anesthesia Residency in Kentucky before changing over to Family Medicine. She recently started with us in November of 2009. Rebecca has particular interest in Hospice and Palliative care. While in Puerto Rico she was a volunteer for the Make a Wish Foundation. She has 2 cats, Monty and Tigger.
Hobbies include: Reading, Music, Watching tv, woodworking, target practice and driving
